Thanksgiving Day is tradionally the day to gather with family and friends and partake in a lovely turkey dinner, including mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing (my favorite), and pumpkin pie for dessert.
This year however, city officials asking us to forgo any get-togethers with Covid cases on the rise. Cinemas and gyms are closed again. Restaurants can only offer take-out or delivery options for another month. High school students now need to wear masks in all classrooms.
